Xandros这家Linux经销厂商花了将近两年的时间，终於在4月25日推出了该公司第一个伺服器作业系统 Xandros Server。该产品除了尝试与 红帽 的RHEL或是 网威 的SLES产品竞争之外，Xandros也定位这个新的伺服器产品是针对想要减少视窗伺服器管理成本的中小型企业。
该公司宣称Xandros Server是一个可以提供中小型企业以无缝方式取代任何的档案、列印、与群组软体伺服器的替代方案，且透过自动化的管理模式，可以减少约三成的管理工作。此外，Xandros也指出该伺服器与现今的视窗网域以及网路技术完全相容，更适合作为寻找最低的停机时间、减少支援开支、增进效率、与加入新功能的最佳产品选择。Xandros Server的其中一个卖点，就是将该产品作为视窗伺服器的取代商品，因此也包括了视窗网路服务与用来迁移视窗网域使用者到 Linux 平台的无缝迁移工具
