多拉蒂，安塔尔（Dorati,Antal;1906年4月9日生于布达佩斯。）匈牙利出生的美国指挥家、作曲家。父亲是职业音乐家，在布达佩斯爱乐乐团任小提琴手。14岁进入布达佩斯李斯特音乐学院，师从列奥·维勒学习和声学，从巴托克及科达伊学习作曲，并在维也纳大学读过哲学。1924年他18岁从音乐学院毕业后，就任布达佩斯皇家歌剧院辅导教师，同年指挥该剧院作首次演出，任指挥达四年。1928年在德累斯顿歌剧院任弗里茨·布施(Fritz Busch)的助理指挥；1929-1933年在爱尔兰南部的蒙斯特国立歌剧院任音乐总监。1933年黑暗笼罩着中欧，由于政治情况、种族偏见和艺术上的原因，他去了法国。此后八年任蒙特卡洛俄罗斯芭蕾舞团指挥。后任佳吉列夫剧团指挥，率该团赴欧洲、北美、澳大利亚及新西兰旅行演出。他作为客席指挥，曾与众多的第一流乐队合作，其中包括1937年访美首次指挥华盛顿国立交响乐团演出的音乐会。1940年他在美国定居。1941年任新的美国芭蕾舞剧院音乐指导达四年，卓有成效地帮助该团建立起它的专业基础。1947年成为美国公民。

多拉蒂经常在欧洲与北美任客席歌剧指挥。1962年在英国科文特花园剧院首次指挥演出了里姆斯基-科萨科夫的《金鸡》。他因一向得益于同一个乐团保持紧密的、持续的联系而使他的才能得到了发展，1963年当BBC交响乐团一年未聘请指挥时，他重建了与他们的合作关系，该团重新聘请他为首席指挥。1966年任斯德哥尔摩爱乐乐团首席指挥；1970年任华盛顿国立交响乐团音乐指导，不定期指挥该团在肯尼迪中心举行音乐会。1975年任皇家爱乐乐团高级指挥并被命名为桂冠指挥家。1984年荣获英皇最高荣誉爵士勋章。
多拉蒂在他的整个事业中始终倡导巴托克的音乐，并曾多次指挥现代作品的首次演出。他指挥以有魅力地支配节奏和具有对色彩丰富的音色的敏锐听觉而闻名。多年来，他不仅掌握音乐，也掌握了音乐家，不仅掌握了观众，也掌握了业务经营管理，并因此获得乐团建设者的好名声。
作为积极的作曲家，他创作了20多部作品，他的所有作品都曾公开演出，并出版了为数众多的乐队改编曲，其中包括1940年用约翰·斯特劳斯的圆舞曲音乐改编的、由大卫·李兴编导并获得广泛成功的芭蕾舞剧《毕业舞会》。其他作品有一部弦乐四重奏；弦乐八重奏；双簧管五重奏；乐队嬉游曲；戏剧清唱剧《苦难的路程》；交响曲；管弦乐曲七首；钢琴协奏曲；大提琴协奏曲等。他还写有一部自传《七十年的回想录》，1979年出版。
