如同DOS的NC般相当好用的文件管理工具，极似Windows Commander除一般的复制、删除、搬移、编辑等功能外，亦支持ZIP压缩及文件的分割与合并，界面工具相当完整、包括系统工具皆可于工具列上随即开启。而对于系统资讯亦提供完整的资讯、如硬盘、CPU等使用率。而操作方式亦可选择如Windows般的方式、整体来说相当不错。

WinNc is a tabbed file manager especially developed for Windows 7. It also works on the older versions of Windows. This NC clone file manager is inspired on the dual panel concept of the old file manager Norton Commander. It has shortcuts to all the Windows 7 special folders and the multiple tabbed interface allows you to organize your data by projects. Projects can include files and color folders that are related to the project.
