这是一款标榜极速快感的疯狂飚车游戏，甚至比酒醉驾车还要疯狂喔。游戏中收录了包含丰田、本田、叁菱、马自达、福特、标致…等世界知名车厂授权的50多辆百万名车资料之外，还有以世界着名都市如纽约、东京街头设计的游戏舞台，让玩家能开着百万名车恣意狂奔，甚至连撞坏损伤等也忠实呈现。
而游戏中还有丰富的车辆改装模式，玩家再比赛中赚取的奖金能用来购买零件修改爱车，从车辆外装、挡风板、后扰流板、轮胎、钢圈，一直到车内驾驶内装，甚至是引擎、齿轮、油箱、煞车…等都能一一改装。游戏中准备了超过1000种以上的车辆零件让大家尽情改装爱车，能有上百万种的车辆改装排列组合，这种改装乐趣可真不同凡响啊!
