Webcam Surveyor is a simple and functional application designed for video capture and surveillance. With this software you can quickly and easily broadcast live media streams over network, record videos, take a snapshots and capture all motion activity.

The motion detector will allow you to monitor your home or office in your absence, and Motion Capture feature will save you time and disk space by recording only the frames with the motion. Also you can configure various actions (send an email alert, upload images to FTP site, run other application or play alert sound) of the software, if motion is detected.

Stealth mode allows to completely hiding the Webcam Surveyor in your computer and controls it by hotkeys. The application is invisible at startup and can start with Windows.

The built-in file manager helps you organize the resulting images and videos. In the thumbnail view you get a fast access to the captured videos and images.

Capturing

Live video broadcasting – Webcam Surveyor allows you to streaming video and audio, over the LAN and Internet. Using this feature you can remotely monitor your home or office, manufacturing processes, and more. To view the streams, you can use Windows Media Player, VCL player, etc.

Video Capture – You can easily record a video from your webcam, just click on the "Start video capture" button. Webcam Surveyor supports the most popular encoding algorithms for a high quality and long time recording.

Capture to multiple video files – Using this feature you can make a continuous 24/7 video recording. Application will be creating files during video capture. You can adjust a period of time through the program will create a files. This allows viewing already captured files while record is continues.

Capture Image Sequences– This feature allows you to take shots from a web cam at fixed intervals. Using this software you can create your own time-lapse video and record the time stretched events.

HD video recording – Webcam surveyor is ready to use with high definition video sources. Up to 3 megapixels stream is supported.

Bouild in file managerMotion Detection – Use your camera to monitor your office and home. It allows configuring various actions of the application, if motion is detected. You can adjust motion sensitivity and exclude the image area where the motions will not be detected.

Motion Capture – This feature allows capturing only those frames in which it was motion detected. Using it you no longer need to watch a huge amount of unnecessary video. As well as at capture, you can make a continuous 24/7 motion recording.

Stealth Mode – You can hide Webcam Surveyor on your computer. Use this feature for hidden surveillance. It allows to record video at the presence of undesirable people or to find out what happens with your PC in your absence. In stealth mode can use hot keys to manage it.
