This includes some versions of After Effects, Apple Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, Motion, Avid and Photoshop. 1，这个东西叫预设，解压出来是LFP格式的，不会用的话，就别下载了。
2，这个预设支持平台众多，例如AE,PR,FCP等，但是前提是必须安装灯光工厂作为这些软件的插件，才可以使用。

回答一下一楼的问题：
这个东西不需要什么说明。其实很简单，就是预设，使用也很简单，在灯光工厂中加载一下，就可以了。就这么简单，图片也有简单的操作使用说。
最后我还要告诉一些“近视眼”其他的使用方法以及详细的都在概述里面了，虽然有英文，但是您真的会用，这点英文也很熟悉的。因为我英文不好，所以我也不再翻译，大家可以谷歌一下！
