MSC.Dytran 特別適用於高度非線性的動態分析,包括結構對結構的接?#124;撞擊、材料流分析、以及流體-結構藕合分析。 MSC.Dytran也適用於模擬撞擊破裂、鈑金成型、鍛造、安全氣囊充氣並與乘客的碰撞、船體撞擊毀損、飛機或葉片鳥擊分析、爆炸分析等。

關於MSC.Dytran

MSC.Dytran的第一個商業版本發佈於1991年,是集MSC公司兩個核心軟體MSC.DYNA和MSC.PISCES之大成,開高度非線性、流體-結構藕合、瞬態動力回應模擬商用軟體之先河的領先產品。

這兩者完全整合而成的新產品除了具備所有原有優勢外,還因MSC公司在MSC.PISCES的歐拉模式演算法基礎上,自行開發了先進的物?#124;流動演算法和流固藕合演算法,使得MSC.Dytran成為全球第一個能夠用完全藕合的方法類比複雜的流體-結構相互作用的大型商用軟體。作為MSC產品家族的後起之秀,MSC.Dytran在元素庫、資料結構、前後處理等方面與MSC的王牌產品MSC.NASTRAN取得了全面一致。

在1994年MSC公司收購了當時全球第二大CAE廠商PDA Engineering公司後, MSC.Patran成為MSC公司產品的前後處理標準系統。MSC所有的求解器(Solver)產罚家訫SC.Patran為介面。MSC同樣為MSC.Dytran開發了MSC.Patran 與MSC.Dytran的介面介面, 全新、方便、快捷的MSC.Patran前後處理器,使得MSC.Dytran向領導CAE自動化邁進了一大步。

在MSC.Dytran問世的十餘年中,歷經無數航空、航太、汽車、鐵路、國防、核工業等領域科研和工程項目考驗,在全球用戶中有口皆碑。以美國軍方近年CAE選型過程對包括MSC.Dytran在內的三個同類軟體的評測為例,可窺一斑。該項評測基於兩類原則:軟體功能的最小可接受原則;考慮用戶目前尚不需要的額外功能和特色的理想原則。評測內容包括技術特色和非技術特色兩大類,採用加權平均的評估演算法,獲得最後評測報告。就技術而言,MSC.Dytran在材料非線性、幾何非線性、接?#124;和材料模型及損傷類比、材料模型擴展能力、軟體可擴充性、流體-結構相互作用和高級複合材料類比等諸多方面獲得最高分數。非技術的考核結果表明,MSC.Dytran軟體?#092;行速度非常有效,極好的不同硬體平臺資料相容性、行業接受度和友善的用戶介面、充足的軟體文檔資料,和前後處理的協調一致。這一項MSC.Dytran也獲最高分。此外,對三個軟體考核分析與實驗結果的可對比性,MSC.Dytran以最小的分析誤差獲勝。經受如此正規和嚴厲考驗的MSC.Dytran因此成為深得美國軍方信任的非線性瞬態動力分析軟體,得到全面應用。
