HDRIbase is a collection of High-Res texture maps in HDRI (High Dynamic Range Image) format.

It enables the user to do a very quick and realistic lighting setup for 3D-scenes. No more trouble with hours of tweaking to get a realistic lighting, just open a HDRI and render it with your preferred application (the application must be able to deal with the .hdr- format). Most 3D-applications are able to deal with HDRIs natively or with the assistance of a plugin.

-40 different locations (*.hdr+*.jpg)
– Images in 3000×1500 pixels
– color and monochrome version of each location (-> 80 HDR images)
– all images are full spherical panoramas
– no disturbing elements (camera, photographer, etc.)
– Easy to use database-interface
– contains HDR and LDR version
