Cameron Crowe在Elizabethtown里用了那首他自己认为非常神圣的jesus was a crossmaker，不过是The Hollies的cover版本，Judee Sill几乎用了一年来写这首歌，不过由于她的早逝，一生只留下两张专辑，和一些bootleg的现场录音
关于她的故事有很多，有人说她1974年34岁时在墨西哥死于海洛因过量，有人说她死在洛杉矶好莱坞，有人说她曾经为了海洛因做妓女。。。。。。
