Odious Mortem又是一个出自美国著名死金公司Unique Leader的残死乐队。《Devouring The Prophecy》是乐队于2005年发行的作品，不用我多说大家也能想象出这个唱片的大致模式。Odious Mortem不像众多技术化残死乐队那样穷究与Techical与Brutal之间的平衡，他们更趋向与个性化，通过鲜明的特点将Brutal与Techical统筹起来。Riff的编配十分诡异，你感觉到这里面的每个音都似乎没有关联，但又恰好串在一起将你包围在了一个迷宫之中。鼓的编配偏向老式残死，不算十分凶狠但恰好增强了音乐的空间感和立体感。这就是Odious Mortem在这张唱片里所要带给你的听觉感受。希望喜欢死金的朋友共同分享。本专辑由我和果共同发布～！

The songs are short (10 songs in 23 minutes), they change speeds a million times per song, and they almost never let up. The production is exceptional in that you can hear what each band member is doing, which is rare for records this heavy and fast. There aren’t many influences from other sounds, this is death metal in its purest form. Think Deeds of Flesh or Decrepit Birth.
